accommodation - one per section) based on player number during prize giving.
(Lucky draws can only be claimed if player is present at prize giving)

Pre-Entries close at 10h00.
Late entries after 10h00 on the 15th to 16h00 on the 16th March 2006 with a
penalty payment of R50 per category will be allowed to play
from Round 1. (Management have the right to restrict late entries
to a max of 500 players for the tournament.)
Entries after 16h00 on the 16th of March
2007 will not be allowed to play the 1st round.
The preliminary draw for the 1st round will be available at 17h15. All
players to be seated at 17h30, but please do not set the pieces.
(Based on players not seated at 17h30, if needed a 2nd draw will be done to
ensure each player will have an opponent for the 1st round.) Players not
seated at 17h30 which are then excluded from the 1st round draw can only play
from round 2.
Final draw will be available at 17h45. Players to be seated by 17h50.
Players must be registered at CHESSA. This can be done at
the tournament. If already paid, proof must be made available.
Players to supply own CLOCK and CHESS set. Chessboards will be available. Own
notation paper and pen are required.
Cell phones must be switched off during rounds. FIDE rules will apply.
