Johannesburg Chess Club meets every Tuesday at Houghton Primary School, 1st Road, Houghton  at 19h30. You are welcome to come and join us  for an evening to meet the players and  coaches and find out more about what we offer for both Adults and Juniors.
Joining the Chess Club will make available to you

  1. Who should register with Johannesburg Chess Club
All club members should renew their registration with Johannesburg Chess Club annually.

If you enjoy chess and would like to play tournaments and league - Adult or Junior, you should become a member of Johannesburg Chess Club

If you play chess at school and would like to improve your game, you should become a member of Johannesburg Chess Club

If you would like to try for squad to represent the Union at the National Tournaments or Internationally; you should become a member.
